Buried on Google

Case study Royal Dental Center, West Bloomfield, Michigan
Royal Dental Center had an old website and Google Ads that brought in almost no new patients. We gave the practice a new brand, rebuilt the website, fixed the Google profile and her listings, and rebuilt the ads. Here is what changed.
Before
Royal sat at #81 on Google for cosmetic dentistry. Almost no patient ever scrolls that far.
Built by a large dental marketing agency, it looked years out of date, and almost no new patients came through it.
Automated Google campaigns that could not be aimed, so the budget went to the wrong searches.

What we fixed
After
Today Royal shows #1 in the Google Maps box for “cosmetic dentist near me” when searched at the practice, #2 for “dentist near me” and #3 for “teeth whitening near me”. In the last month alone, the practice saw nearly 15 new patients. Its Google rating rose from 4.7 to 4.9 stars with nearly 50 new reviews, and it spends under half of the ad budget Dr. Manal planned.
