How we handle your information.

DentalRun is a dental marketing agency operated by Noble Design LLC, based in Doral, Miami, Florida. This policy explains what we collect when you visit dentalrun.co or ask us for a free audit, and what we do with it. In short: we collect very little, we never sell it, and we never need patient records.

What we collect

When you ask for a free audit. Our form asks for your practice name, your name, your practice website if you have one, your email and your phone number. Our form provider, Formspree, delivers it to our inbox.
When you book a call. Our booking tool, Calendly, asks for your name, email and phone number so we can confirm the time.
When you email or call us. We keep your messages and contact details so we can reply and follow up.
When you browse the site. We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site, through heatmaps and recordings of clicks, scrolling and page views. Clarity does not record what you type into our form. We may also count visits with analytics that use no cookies. Our hosting provider also keeps standard technical logs, such as IP address and browser type, to keep the site secure and working.

What we look at for a free audit

To audit your practice, we review information that is already public: your website, your Google Business Profile, your listings on other sites, your reviews, and how you appear on Google, Google Maps and AI assistants like ChatGPT. We may also call your practice line to test what happens when a call goes unanswered. We do not need, and never ask for, patient records or any patient health information.

How we use it

To reply to you, schedule calls and prepare your audit.
To deliver services if you become a client.
To understand which pages are useful, so we can improve the site.
To keep the site secure and meet legal obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it for advertising. We only share what is needed with the service providers that help us run the business, such as our form provider, booking tool, email provider, analytics (including Microsoft Clarity) and hosting. They may use it only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising cookies. Microsoft Clarity uses cookies to understand how visitors use the site; Microsoft’s use of this data is covered by the Microsoft Privacy Statement. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. If you open our booking tool or send our form, those services may use their own cookies under their own privacy policies.

Patients

This site is for dental practices. If you are a patient, please contact your dentist directly and do not send us any health information.

How long we keep it

We keep contact and audit information for as long as we need it to talk with you or work together, and then for as long as the law or our records require. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time. Email us and we will reply within 30 days.

Security

We use reputable providers and limit access to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so we keep only what we need.

Children

This site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
